Referral terms
Referral participation is free. The first submitted company request keeps its referrer. Self-referrals and duplicate companies or emails do not create another commission.
A qualified, booked owner’s verified paid USD $500 recruitment order creates one pending USD $100 commission (20%). Pending is not a completed payout. Refunds void the commission. Placer handles payouts separately.
Calls are 20 minutes. Reservations are recorded in Placer; Cal.com, automatic invites and payments are not connected. Do not invent candidates or make misleading outreach claims. No hire or earnings are guaranteed.
